Our experience of your customer service was completely brutal. Your employee had no idea what kind of coolant we needed nor did he even check to see if you had the particular brand in stock. He didn't even check other locations to try to help us, instead, his friend tried to physically fight us in the store! If I knew we needed protection to shop at your location, we would have brought some. Perhaps if you made your employees more aware about their job position, train them on car knowledge/customer service and get rid of the company they keep in their stores, you would have a better review. I'll be calling the manager to discuss this experience. Feedback: Not have customers thinking they're employees and trying to physically fight your customers would be a good start. Having employees that actually know some what about cars and customer service would be a plus also. If your employee is content on starting their own fights within your business, then you did a very great job in the hiring process!

Our experience was completely unprofessional! The desk attendant had no idea which kind of coolant was needed for our vehicle nor did he even look up to see if he had the right coolant in stock. He did have is friend, who didn't work there, throw in his two cents and tried to physically fight with us also! If I knew we needed protection to go to this store then we would have! Why do you have individuals working at your store when they have no idea what your store carries? Your employee didn't even call other locations to try to help us out but they all sure did want to talk trash and start fights with the customers. Clean up your business and maybe lowrider gangsters won't be turning away business! The Feedback: I just explained in my first review. I'll be calling the manager and once I get ahold of Jason, this matter of customer service will be discussed in further detail.Perhaps try hiring people who actually know about cars and not having their personal friends start fights in your store!
